Patient Visit Numbers Climbing to Record Highs

In April of 2010 my wife Katrina and I went to the New Patient Referral Course. We got a wealth of information from the course, organized it and started the program as soon as we returned home. With in 2 weeks we were sending out over 250 mailings per week, started our patient referral program and started calling patients to see how they were doing. The first month the phone rang a bit more, the second month our numbers were steadily climbing, by the fourth month they were climbing to record highs for our company. We went from having 65-75 visits a week and about 80% of our patients were showing to their appointments. Now we have 111 scheduled visits, 104 seen visits and 94% of the scheduled visits were kept.

We are now taking out 3 walls in our gym, hiring another PT and pushing harder and smarter.
